AJ began mixing back in 97 when a friend let him borrow a set of 1210's for a week. Since then he has never looked back and progressed further and deeper, burrowing into the world of underground dance.
After playing big events such as the legendary Fusion he quickly became friends with some of the uk's most pioneering hardcore dj's. This moved him on to become an MC for the likes of Ribbz, Seduction, Ramos and many more DJ's to broaden his skills and push him towards being a well known face.
In 2001 the journey into trance and hardhouse began. Attending forest parties and clubs such as Enzo's opened his eyes into a genre that he had to be a part of. Alot of influence came from Jon Doe and Nick Sentience.
In 2005 AJ became in contact with Geezer aka Guy McAffer. They got together and wrote some mind altering techno tracks such as Addict and Bitch that have been played at many underground acid techno events.
After that, more studio time came and working with Jamie Taylor who has had releases on Roit, Shroom and Cluster, a good partnership formed. Tunes such as Bubble Jet, Lazer whip, Psybrid and 13 all became regular sounds in clubs on the south coast.
Currently working in the studio alone creating fresh, new distinctive sounds AJ has had lots of influence from psy trance and hard house. He continues his main passions playing, producing and MC'ing up and down the UK.
