During a period when London clubland was due a much-needed kick up the backside, we were there with our big size 12s. Since opening our doors in 2009 we’ve played an integral part in re-establishing South London as a stomping ground for London’s discerning beat disciples. Despite being only a whippersnapper on the scene we were made up to be recognised as 'London's Best Club Venue', by Time Out last year, amongst much pointy-shouldered competition. Our audacious musical direction and ‘forward-looking’ events coupled with the raw feel of the original viaducts, gnarly Nova sound system and industrial design aesthetics have proved popular earning us many loyal fans.
To celebrate Cable's 3rd anniversary we're curating a trio of special events over the course of the weekend of 15th, 16th and 17th June. Chew the Fat! will hold forte on Friday 15th June, Shogun audio will hit town on Saturday 16th June and Jaded will end the weekend on a high on Sunday 17th June.
