Get ready for takeoff this May Bank Holiday air show Sunday when not only Europe’s BIGGEST free air show visits Southend but Talk also welcomes the UK’s longest running legal rave....RAINDANCE!
Raindance’s first event was held in a circus tent on September 16th 1989 at Jenkins Lane, Beckton in East London. This was Britains FIRST EVER all night rave and has been the starting blocks for such DJ’s as Carl Cox, LTJ Bukem, John Di......gweed and Fabio & Grooverider to name but a few.
This Air Show weekend Raindance is proud to announce they will be taking over ALL 3 ROOMS of the newly refurbished Talk Nightclub, a true icon in Southend’s club land, for a one off ALL NIGHTER showcasing Raindance's greatest....ably assisted by Southends finest stars of tomorrow in Old Skool and Jungle, ‘Jenkins Lane’ 89/90 house, Club Classics and Hard House and of course, everybodys fantasy, Baby D....BE THERE!!!
