To usher Café De` Paris into her ninth decade of opulent decadence, the VIP rooms have been comprehensively refurbished. With sultry lighting, lush red velvet beds and dusky mirrors, they positively ooze “fin de siecle” licentiousness (trying saying that after a few margaritas).
